Shipping & Delivery: We process all orders within 1 business day from when it is received. Many of our orders are processed within hours of receiving them. However, if we have to phone you with questions, this may delay the processing time. Our method of shipping is USPS Ground, you can also choose "rush service" and "next day" delivery.
Privacy & Security: We take privacy seriously. We will not and NEVER will rent, sell or give your information to anyone! Period!.
Returns & Replacements: Our return policy is simple. If it's our mistake... we'll replace immediately. If you have other issues, please contact us and we will work with you on a case by case basis.
